Refunds

These are digital goods delivered immediately. If checkout succeeds and the file / unlock does not, email hello@dreamauthors.com from the address you paid with. We will restore access or refund — that’s a defect, not a mood.

If you bought the Blueprint, read two pages, and decided writing is hard: that is accurate, and not a refund.

If you unlocked Studio and localStorage got wiped, use the unlock link in your email. We can resend it.

Chargebacks without talking to us first will be contested with Stripe’s records. Talk to us first. We’re a small site, not a casino.
